Company Overview

During these difficult times, many people are taking jobs they don’t want and staying longer in jobs they don’t like, just to have a job. But unfortunately, just having a job doesn’t prevent employees from driving up costs by complaining, or even guarantee that they will be productive. And employees still complain or quit despite efforts to make them satisfied and engaged. These challenges are likely to worsen as employers are being forced to take back or reduce the rewards that employees have come to rely on to make them satisfied. What we need to do is teach managers and employees how to be content without complaining.

We show employers how to retain their employees and keep them productive despite circumstances that can’t always be made satisfying or engaging. We do this by showing employers how to teach their employees how to stop complaining about what they can’t have, and develop their self-motivation to perform and resilience to persevere by appreciating what they do have.

We’re on a mission. We are helping employers to bring back the virtues of working, not just for the transient rewards, but for the sake of working. What are those virtues?

Pleasure derived from a good day’s work.
  • Self-worth derived from earning our pay and caring for our families.
  • Utilizing our talents and making best use of our time to fulfill our purposes.
  • Pride derived from accomplishing results and demonstrating value.
  • Integrity derived from delivering on our promises.
  • Resourcefulness derived from making the best use of what we have.
  • Striving to achieve our unfulfilled potential.
  • To make this possible, we are continuing to research and develop innovative learning resources and we are continuing to design new training programs for delivery by employers, outsourced training providers, performance technicians, career coaches and academic institutions.
